Cancellation Policy

Any adjustments or cancellations to orders must be made within 24 hours of placement. Beyond this timeframe, we may be unable to accommodate your request as orders enter processing. If cancellation occurs within 24 hours, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

Damaged Items

We take utmost care in packaging to prevent damage during transit. Items are considered damaged if they exhibit defects or physical breakage. Damaged packaging with an undamaged product is not deemed damage.

Should your item arrive damaged, inform us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing us at contact@lyfeni.com, including clear photos of the damage. We'll assess your eligibility for a replacement at no cost. We do not accept returns for items damaged through regular use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping and Delivery

While we endeavor to deliver promptly, we cannot be held accountable for shipping or delivery delays beyond our control, including those by the courier or customs. For delivery issues, please contact the courier directly. We disclaim responsibility for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Failure to notify us of an incorrect address within 24 hours of order placement precludes eligibility for a resend or refund.
